DriveIntel provides aggregated vehicle history, risk intelligence, and export compliance data. Our service is intended for business use by auto dealers, lenders, exporters, and related entities.

2. Data Accuracy and "As-Is" Provision

DriveIntel aggregates data from multiple third-party sources, including public registries, auction houses, and government databases. While we strive for accuracy, public records can sometimes be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate. Therefore, all data and risk scores are provided strictly on an "as-is" basis. DriveIntel does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any vehicle report.

3. Limitation of Liability

You acknowledge that the DriveIntel platform is a tool to assist in your decision-making process, not a substitute for physical inspections or professional appraisals. DriveIntel shall not be held liable for any financial losses, diminished vehicle value, or damages incurred as a result of purchasing, lending against, or exporting a vehicle based on the information provided (or omitted) in our reports.

4. Account Security and Team Usage

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you operate an enterprise or team account, you are responsible for all activity and credit consumption generated by the users you invite to your organization.

5. Fair Use and Abuse

You agree not to scrape, systematically extract, or resell DriveIntel data. API users must comply with our stated rate limits. Accounts found to be abusing the platform or violating fair use will be terminated without a refund.
